Returns and Exchanges
All orders can be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to modify or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it cannot be canceled.
Please contact us before you want to return an item you received in order to receive a return shipping address and other instructions. Please do not send it back without permission.
Please note, that only REGULAR POST return shipments would be accepted. No DHL or other Express Shipping companies are accepted.
All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually no more than 5 days)
