We offer free standard shipping for all orders.

Expedited Shipping: $35 determined by you (only US, UK). Delivery time 5-7 working days.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated time of delivery from our shipping carriers. For rural areas there maybe the further delay to our delivery timeframe.

We shall also not be held responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or miss handling of the products once they have been entrusted to the designated shipping carrier.

If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact the carrier or your countries’ postal service to inquire about your package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee.
